So, here’s the part where I give you a little background about myself…

I started out in the construction industry straight out of school.  I have an Uncle    in Connecticut that builds houses.   I was inspired by him and knew that this was how I wanted to make a living.

Initially, I was working in the concrete field on commercial projects then slowly became more involved with residential jobs. The residential work quickly became  my preference. I just felt it was more personally rewarding to see customer’s satisfaction with their requests.

I owned a concrete company & a stucco company. Working in both of these fields taught me a lot & continues to provide me with insight in the house building process.

 While living in New Jersey, I worked doing remodels, additions & add-a-levels. After moving back to Arizona, I was finally able to achieve my goal of building houses. In 2001 Longo Custom Homes, LLC was formed.

I take great pride in the way that I run Longo Custom Homes. My family is of the utmost importance to me. I have a beautiful wife & three wonderful children.   I   am lucky to work with a superintendent & office staff that seem as though they    are extended family. I live a blessed life & am grateful to be working    successfully in a field that I love. Enjoying my work the way that I do makes it    easy to place my customer’s contentment at the top of my priority list. I look forward to working with you & helping you build a home for your family.
